So it happened again! Our philanthropist Judy’s just keep giving and giving, and giving!  The polka number went to a very deserving home. So alas, we have a new window display.

This weeks window is for all of those brides-to-be. We received so many request from alternative brides that we got with the program and now have a great selection to choose from. So if your man put a ring on it, then come on in and see what we have for you!

We had to change the window early this week, as the middle Judy sold the dress off of her back. She’s very kind and giving like that, whatta sweet heart! We are slowly starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with this weather here. Knowing sunny days are ahead, we have displayed some great cotton navy dresses. Navy is a great alternative to black, and fun to contrast with.

We really love the swirl lucite rings in green and brown. Sold The next is an, ultra-rare, Lanvin massive cat eye pendant on twist chain necklace. Very bold and three dimensional. The last time we had one of these in, it got snapped up in no time! Sold Don’t hesitate, please contact us for details.

This week’s window is red for Valentine’s day, we know, kinda predictable right? Oh well, we are creatures of habit and it’s nice to play it safe sometimes.  And we just got some of these stunners in, so we just had to show them off, so it’s really a great excuse. XOXO

Hold the Halston

Wednesday, February 9th, 2011

Behold, an ethereal 1970’s Halston, sans label.  The petal pink chiffon is sheer enough to get a peak, but pleated enough to stay lady like.  Has a plunging neckline and a scalloped hem with side slits, to give ‘them’ whiplash. Is backless but comes with a large wrap to keep you warm and demure. A contemporary size 6-8. Please contact us for more details. Sold

Bean, meet Beene

Wednesday, February 9th, 2011

On the left, a 1960’s black wool Geoffrey Beene dress with feather hemline. On the right, our baby, a 2006 Bean.  Although not apparent at first, these two really have alot in common.  They’re both black, both mini, both are fun, and they are both currently in the shop. Also, like Bean, the Geoffrey Beene is a size XS (0-2). But only one is for sale. Please contact us for more info.Sold

First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in our postings. We briefly escaped Canada’s frosty ways, but now we are back, recharged and ready to type!  This week’s window is a mixture of black and charcoal gray.  We love playing in the ‘gray area’!
