Most fashionistas wait on pins and needles for the first Monday in May but we’re all about the first Tuesday in May. Tuesday is the day you can have a full recap of all the Met Gala looks at your manicured fingertips. This year’s theme (in case you missed it) was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” and it was a true feast for the eyes! Janelle Monáe’s ensemble was our fave as a trompe l’oeil look always slays the scene. This extraordinary event served as the inspiration for our weekly showcase, featuring none other than Chanel as the epitome of a well-tailored blazer jacket.
