Cream and black dominate our texture rich window this week. If you have a black tie event coming up then take a gander at that tux style dress on the left. It’s masculine chic magnifique! A pop of colour would be a nice contrasting addition to any of these looks. Perhaps a indigo patent leather pointy pump or simply a punchy red lipstick would do. FYI, we just did a round of markdowns in the back sale room so c’mon by and snag yourself a deal.

Nothing is chicer than wearing a white dress out in summer’s hot heat. And it also makes the most devilish of us appear ethereal. Tip; wearing white to court is effective. Yours truly may have been cleared of a charge,  in the ancient past, whilst looking truly innocent in a vintage Dior white suit. Coincidental?  Perhaps….

C~Lanvin draped jersey dress, one size fits most Sold. 1950’s Haskell leaf necklace.

This week we’re getting busy with prints and new merchandise.  Some fantastic items have landed for all you ladies who are a size 8-10, including that centre Pucci below. Arthur has been geeking out over them saying; “I would have a sex change to wear these clothes. Kinda kidding…” So you know they MUST be drool worthy then! Jaw dropping dresses, shoes and blouses from the likes of Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Bluemarine, Marchesa, Pucci, Elie Saab, and the list goes on. See you soon kittens;)

Navy; the alternative to black as well as soldiers on boats. Casual knit dresses dominate in our window this week. Need something easy & breezy for your upcoming vacay? Velvet~ whether you’re a fan of it or not, it’s definitely on trend right now. It is oh-so-soft to the touch and oozes luxury out of it’s fuzzy little pores. And the colour! If you want a saturated tone it doesn’t get much better than velvet. This week we celebrate the royal textile in black. Check out the side train that attaches to the sleeve on the centre Chanel gown. Want to bring the drama? Then this is the gown for you. It has a slit on it’s right side so you can show your gam off whilst strutting. The silk chiffon would look great on the dance floor twirling for all your haters.

Ok, let’s cut straight to the chase! How terribly chic is that 1950’s trapeze coat on the right! It makes me swoon and let out random “ohhhhs” while looking at it. From the oversized pockets & sleeves to the HUGE abalone buttons; this is perfection in a coat. The label is long gone, but we have a feeling that this is from a New York designer. Very à la Balenciaga. Side note; MIA labels are the bane of my existence…. Oh well, c’est la vie.
